It really pisses me off now that we have to experience a rise in CTA bus/train fares. Just as promised, the new year kicked off with a CTA bus driver telling me that "i'm sorry...it costs 25 cents more to ride on the bus". I'm like fuck dude are u serious and hits me right in the head that these effects have gone towards the fare cards too. Plus some things, like the 2 Day Visitor passes, have been eliminated as well. Total BS yo :( I mean hey, it was bound to happen anyway based on how the economy is turning out lately.
